See the Elephant Amaro is a rucola style amaro produced using arugula in southern Italy. This is the most fun, unique an interesting amaro with flavor notes of tropical fruit, banana, bubblegum and dark chocolate. It's the sort of thing you just need to try to believe, sort of like going to see the elephant for the first time, you just need to see it to believe it!
