Chef Wataru is back from and there's a good reason that people show up for his curated noodle dishes. Currently, that means Tsukemen Ramen—a cool, craveable twist on the classic. Tsukemen isn’t your typical bowl—it’s ramen reimagined. The noodles come chilled, the broth comes rich and intense, and the experience? Totally addictive.
