Queer Breathwork Healing

Come join us for a transformative journey of breath, release, and reconnection in a sacred space designed for the LGBTQIA+ community. This in-person gathering is a soft landing for queer folks to explore the healing power of breathwork and return home to their bodies.
Through guided breathwork, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Release stored stress and emotional blockages
Reconnect with your body and inner voice
Cultivate self-love, presence, and empowerment
Be held in a community that sees and celebrates you
Whether you're new to breathwork or returning to the practice, all are welcome. This is a space for healing, expansion, and remembering that queer embodiment is sacred.
