Join us for an afternoon of Springtime rejuvenation and blossoming through music with board-certified music therapist Juliana Russell and community members. We will do a mix of meditation, music-making, and discussion. No prior music experience necessary, but please feel free to bring a portable instrument if you have one!
There are several benefits to music therapy including mental, emotional, and physical areas. This is event is by donation, and all are welcome.
