Mari on the Moon is a creative and touching stage play, set in the Crescent City. This original work provides a fresh perspective on the roles we perform, the stories we inherit, and the ways we hide or reveal ourselves in the world. You'll be on the edge of your seat as we toe the line between authenticity and performance, healing, and pretending.
In a futuristic society obsessed with digital profiles, the play follows Mari, a society rebel. She raises her children “offline”, guided by moonlight, intuition, and her inner truth. When Mari’s life is cut short, her daughters and chosen family must confront grief, societal pressures, and the true cost of "living outside the box.
We'll meet you on the moon!
