Lambic & Steak: Pt. 3 (Cantillon Saint Lamvinus '24)

Each Thursday, during the month of August, we are thrilled to be tapping some rare beers from our friends at Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, Belgium, along with 1 special keg from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel, Belgium. Cantillon & 3 Fonteinen are two of the few true lambic breweries (see 100% spontaneously/naturally fermented, never sweetened, always rested, fermented, and aged in oak barrels) and pouring their beer is a scarce opportunity.

Each event will begin at 5pm. No tickets, no pre-orders. Beer and steaks for purchase a la carte.

Cantillon Saint Lamvinus '24
(16-18 month old lambic w/ Merlot, Grenache & Syrah)
Saint Lamvinus-braised Short Rib w/ potatoes, carrots, and pearl onions
