Join the Bastion veteran community for a free beginner Tai Chi class on Thursday, August 28th at 11am. This indoor class is open to the public - all ages and experience levels welcome.

No RSVP necessary - we hope to see you in our Purple Heart Room at 1901 Mirabeau Avenue on 8/28.
