Critical Mass was born in San Francisco in 1992. Since that time it has spread to over 300 cities world ride.

When we take the streets every last Friday of the month, it's an act of international solidarity with bicyclist around the globe.

Join us in addressing power structures the world over that progress can only arrive in our cities by bicycle!

Simple in its design, yet it has the power to make our cities sustainable, improves economies, and most importantly they create community and estrange us from rigid isolationism.

Simple in form yet revolutionary in consequence, the bicycle transforms our cities toward sustainability, strengthens local economies, and, most importantly, rebuilds community-estranging us from the alienation and isolation imposed by neoliberal modernity.
