Behind the Shutters: New Orleans First Skyline

Ever wonder what the Central Business District was before it was the CBD?

Step into a historic building that once anchored New Orleans’ Newspaper Row. At 6:15, Craig Ernst—local historian and architecture expert—will kick off the night with a story session on the days of Faubourg Ste. Marie and how the CBD came to life (and yes, we’ll be comfortably tucked inside with AC).

From there, we’ll move through several condos about to hit the market, finishing the evening with cocktails and conversation in the building’s penthouse suites.

Agenda:

6:00 PM – Arrive, grab a drink, and mingle in our showcase studio while previewing upcoming condos.

6:15 PM – Craig’s talk on Faubourg Ste. Marie and the creation of the CBD.

6:45 PM – Guided tours of the condos in small groups.

7:00 PM – After party in the penthouses with drinks and light bites.

8:00 PM – Event wraps.
