It’s finally happening, Ballet for ALL bodies is BACK!
This summer, join Dinah DeVille at the Original Nite Cap for a 5-week series encouraged to all bodies, all levels and all intentions.
Have you always wanted to learn some ballet but never knew how to begin? Do you miss ballet and struggle to find classes in the city? Wanting to tighten up your balance and ankle strength? Add confidence and grace on stage? Wanting to get back en point some day?
Whatever is giving you the ballet itch, let’s scratch it together!
We will be learning basic ballet technique, language and skills while also discussing and exploring some of the more toxic and damaging aspects of ballet culture. As a group we’re going to take what serves and strengthens us, and leave the rest in the dust. These classes will move us forward towards a stronger, healthier relationship with movement, dance, and our own bodies.
You don’t need traditional ballet clothes or shoes to participate, socks and your favorite comforts are perfect.
This series will run:
Saturdays from 2-3:30p starting June 21st to July 19th, 2025.

Classes are always donation based.
($15-25 suggested donation, but sincerely, please just come to class). BUT, if you pay for the whole series in advance at $110, you will also receive a 30-minute private session with Dinah, which can be ballet based or other!
