About Alexis & the Sanity:
Alexis & the Sanity, a pop duo from New Orleans, LA, were formally christened in Spring 2023 when their debut single Hind Legs was released online. The band’s sound marries gritty samples, moody synthesizers, string flourishes, and the powerful soprano of frontwoman Alexis Marceaux.
Marceaux and multi-instrumental producer Sam Craft have spent the last decade writing and touring in other projects.
The strength of Marceaux and Craft’s successes (including appearances on NCIS, Tremé, and inclusion in numerous other TV shows and movies) have won the pair weekly residencies and invitations to large festival stages. Alexis & the Sanity’s début LP Tongue Tied found a limited release on January 23, 2025 followed by a general unveiling on February 4.
About The Get:
The GET is a new musical trio formed by George Elizondo, Chris Beroes-Haigis, and Violeta del Rio. Their sound is a lush and rhapsodic tapestry that weaves together Elizondo's smooth-as-silk voice and unorthodox guitar voicings, Beroes-Haigis' lyrical cello playing, and del Rio's dramatic piano, synthesizers, and percussion samples. The result is at once futuristic and poignantly grounded.
