Join us for the 9th annual Rewind 89.3 Make-A-Wish Radiothon, held every year on the second Thursday of June — now officially recognized as Cole Wittenberg Day in the Municipality of the County of Kings.
At just 4½ years old, Cole Wittenberg was to be the honorary co-host of our very first Radiothon. He passed away shortly before that broadcast, but his joy, courage, and love continue to inspire everything we do. Cole was a proud Wish Kid whose dream of visiting Disney World came true, and he brought happiness to everyone he met — including all of us at Rewind 89.3. A true real-life Ninja Turtle superhero, Cole remains at the heart of this event. 🐢🌠
His family has generously volunteered at every Radiothon since, helping us raise funds — and hope — for other children in Nova Scotia awaiting their wishes. 🩵
