Ready to ride stronger, longer, and with more confidence this winter?
Ride Strong is a 9-week structured training program for cyclists of all levels, designed to support your riding both on and off the bike.
Whether you’re new to cycling, a dedicated indoor rider, or training for longer outdoor rides, this program will help you build strength, endurance, and efficiency—without overtraining.

Dates: January 14 – March 15, 2026
Location: New Milford Fitness & Aquatics Club
Sessions:
• Wednesdays at 6:00 PM with Alan
• Sundays at 8:00 AM with Mary
💰Cost: $275 for the full 9-week program for NMFAC members and non-members
