I am so happy to announce that I have decided to hold space every 2nd Wednesday!
By intentionally clearing the space, calling in healing energy for all of us, and submerging you in healing vibrations with my ancient sound therapy instruments - my intentions are to give you a beautiful healing & restorative sound bath meditation experience.
My crystal singing bowls are atuned at 432hz, this frequency allows your body to come back to homeostatis so it can heal like the self healing beautiful thing it is. My singing bowls, alongside my ocean and shamanic drum, koshi chimes, swining chimes and gong create a beautiful mixture of sounds that can help you entr a deaper meditative state and release stagnant energy that no longer serves you.
This offering is for YOU to help you deepen your connection with yourself, to quiet the mind - to hold space for your heart. My intention is to hold space for you to share, to meditate, to grow, to heighten your intuition, to find your inner power.
What to bring :
- Yourself, your open heart, and clear intentions.
- Yoga mat / comfortable mat
- Your favourite blanket
- Pillow for your head and/or knees
- Water
* if you have certain crystals you would like charged - feel free to bring them and I can clear them for you.
I am lowering the energy exchange to : 25$ per person.
I want my offerings to be accessible, because we all need a space to heal, grow, meditate, connect with ourselves and like minded people.
