Gary Griffin, Lifetime Member, Federal Way, WA. It is with extreme heartbreak and sadness that my brother and I lost our father on Monday. It's been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. He was such a pillar in our lives and will be missed so much.
Services will be:
-Small graveside service on July 7th at 2pm at Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Park.
-Celebration of Life at the Eagles in Buckley August 3rd at 2pm. Please come help us celebrate his life with stories, laughter and some tears. Address: 29021 WA-410, Buckley, WA 98321. Please RSVP to Mark or Andrea so we can plan refreshments accordingly.
Dad was the coolest guy you would ever meet. He did it all. Became a pilot. Bought and rode countless motorcycles. Designed and built a pump station that supplied Seattle water in times of drought. Taught young apprentices in Local 32. Had the coolest beach house that actually got moved by a floating crane up a hill. Became a lifetime Mensa member. Served in the Army, especially enjoying his time in Germany. And so much more. He loved his family fiercely.
