Introduction to Sourdough

Join Isabelle Laufer of Wild Rise Workshops to learn the ins and outs of baking sourdough bread for beginners! You'll learn how to care for and maintain a sourdough starter, the science between fermentation and proofing, and how to shape and bake the bread to get the most delicious loaf possible!

Each participant will go home with 20g of sourdough starter, a care card, and a recipe card. You must attend the program to receive these items!
