Free Lactation Support Group

Join accredited La Leche League Canada Leaders, Alyssa and Melanie, and other parents for free lactation and parenting support! We meet weekly, in person, at the library in the Study Room.

This group welcomes parents of all genders and family structures. You're welcome to bring your newborn, your toddler, or even your older children. As long as you are part of a family feeding human milk, you're welcome here.

This is a great opportunity to get any of your questions answered and to connect with other parents. Some of the topics that come up regularly include:
- latching
- positioning
- over/under supply
- going back to work
- infant sleep and feeding
- weaning
- introducing solids
- how partners can provide support
...and lots more!

A reminder to dress in layers as the library has no control over the temperature.
