Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) yoga. Unplug, come join us in nature and on the water. Find a new connection with nature. Allow yourself to listen to yourself and your body without electronics. Let yourself enjoy the calm that being on the water can bring. SUP yoga is not about balance, it’s about connecting with you breath. This yoga is slow paced, holding poses longer, using the boards to release out tight muscles. It’s relaxing and rejuvenating. All levels welcomed, modifications given for all.
