Tired of sweating your butt off while enclosed in a sweaty building? Get out in nature. Try a different kind of work out. If you get sweating, hop in the water and cool off! Buoys are in the water, paddle a lap and do an exercise. Stretching in the middle and at the end. Modifications given for all levels. It's the best core and stabilizer muscle workout you'll have this summer!
You're taught to paddle or your paddling will improve. All equipment provided.
