An Evening of Abundance

Arrive early to set your mat space with all that you are thankful for. Enjoy gentle yoga, elevating music, a guided SOMA Breath meditation, a crystal bowl sound bath, some journaling, a stroll to the bonfire and a candlelit labyrinth walk - all to help you cultivate gratitude for the abundance in our lives.. Participants will leave feeling deeply rooted in one's self, connected to community and one with nature's abundant wisdom.
