About the event

Food Preservation class

This class will cover canning, freezing, dehydrating, pickling, and fermenting. All of my equipment will be displayed and discussed. We have custom made a few pieces that have been a true time saver in our canning and preserving processes. There will be time for questions and some great discussions! I will demonstrate some of the equipment like my tomato grinder and my custom canning stove.
