Please arrive 10-15 minutes early!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or a sleeping bag, bolster for under your knees (If you need low back support) and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
