🎃👻 Frights & Flicks at 1-Up Wellness! 👻🎃

Mark your calendars, 1-Up fam — we’re kicking off spooky season with an evening full of fun, fitness, and film! 💪🍿

🕔 5:00 PM: We’ll start the evening with a special Halloween-themed workout — costumes encouraged (bonus points for creativity 🕸️).

🎬 7:00 PM: Once we’ve crushed our workout, it’s time to kick back for movie night on the mats.

✨ Popcorn’s on us!
🍫 We’ll have a snack sign-up sheet posted on the community board if you’d like to bring something to share.
🪑 Bring your own chairs, blankets, and drinks — get comfy and settle in for a spooky (or silly!) Halloween favorite.
🎥 You pick the movie! Voting will take place in our members FB group — majority rules!

This event is open to members, friends, and family — everyone’s welcome to join in on the fun. 💜
