Summer Start-up!

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to see you very soon for yoga on Melmerby Beach! It will be our 17th summer together - and if have just found me for the first time - welcome! These gentle yoga classes will include seated, standing, and balance poses in the sand, with modifications offered. Classes run by donation only, no pre-registration required and are weather dependent. I will post here by 7:30am if the weather looks "iffy" and I have to cancel. Folks usually bring a blanket or a towel to practice on, and the post-yoga dip into the ocean is optional (but highly recommended!) Most classes run on Sunday mornings, but I also have Tuesday July 1st booked for us, too! If you have the day off - come join us! See you on the beach!
