Harvest Fest

Our annual Harvest Fest is right around the corner, and planning is well underway to make this year’s event one of the best yet. Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 12. Visitors can expect a full day of Old World demonstrations, including blacksmithing, knitting, rug making, rope making, and of course, everyone’s favorite—cheesemaking. We also hope to offer an opportunity for genealogy discussions as well. A variety of food will be available, bratwurst, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and there will also be a bake sale on site. The day will be filled with traditional Swiss music, including performances from local alphorn players.
