John Hegley- Folk Telling

John Hegley returns to the Glenkens with a preview of his show destined for the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe: a series of tales told by and for family members, figures from history and figments of the imagining, of the former BBC online poet, Keats House Poet in residence, and Edinburgh Comedy award nominee. Tales both deep and daft, told in verse both sung and spoken - and, in this extended version, with additional cardboard animals with moving parts.
