Finding Love from Within is a guided, heart-centered experience designed to help you reconnect with your needs, rebuild self-trust, and begin shifting the patterns that leave you depleted.
Through breathwork, visualization, sharing circles, and powerful equine-assisted coaching, you’ll explore what it means to choose yourself with honesty and compassion.
Half of the day is spent in a warm indoor space, and the other half of the workshop is held in an unheated but sheltered indoor arena with the horses. Their presence offers real-time, non-judgmental feedback that helps illuminate where your energy goes and what’s ready to shift.

Belle Vivienne is a Master Facilitator Equus Coach and trauma-informed practitioner whose personal journey — including navigating painful relationship patterns and a life-altering cancer diagnosis — gives her a rare blend of clarity, compassion, and grounded presence. She guides participants with honesty, tenderness, and the support of the horses by her side.
