About the event

Shantha & Amar

Shantha Tara is a singer-songwriter based in New Delhi. She has trained in and explored many different genres, including Hindustani and Carnatic classical music, and opera. During her college years, she also really enjoyed acapella. She has now settled into a love for performing jazz, RnB and pop music. Outside of singing, Shantha loves writing poetry and painting. She also works in sustainability and local governance at a think tank. Amar Tirkey is a guitarist based in New Delhi. He is a graduate of Swarnabhoomi academy of music with a diploma in music performance.
