Women-led real estate dialogue to take center stage in New Delhi
New Delhi 11 June 2025: The National Real Estate Development Council’s women wing NAREDCO MAHI is all set to host its 4th Annual Convention in New Delhi on June 27 2025 at Hotel Lalit. As the flagship gathering of women leaders and changemakers in Indian real estate the convention will spotlight the transformative role of women across the built environment and beyond.
This one-day convention is expected to bring together over 300 stakeholders including industry leaders policymakers developers architects urban planners and young professionals to discuss pressing issues opportunities and the road ahead for a more inclusive and dynamic real estate sector.
Led by NAREDCO MAHI’s President Ms. Smita Dhanraj Patil the convention will feature high-powered sessions focused on policy reforms sustainability women entrepreneurship real estate financing housing innovations and smart urbanisation—all with a strong gender-inclusive lens. Eminent speakers from across the country including from the central and state governments are also expected to attend.
Speaking about the upcoming convention Ms. Smita Dhanraj Patil said “NAREDCO MAHI is not just a women’s forum—it is a platform to shape the future of Indian real estate with sensitivity sustainability and strength. Our 4th Annual Convention in Mumbai will celebrate ideas inspire action and deepen collaboration across the ecosystem.”
With its headquarters in Delhi and leadership based in Pune NAREDCO MAHI has emerged as a national voice for women professionals in real estate. The Mumbai convention further strengthens this network and brings the spotlight to Maharashtra—one of India’s most vibrant real estate hubs.
The event will also see the unveiling of new initiatives aimed at skill-building mentorship and enabling gender parity across the sector.
