Tai Chi at Garfield Park Rec Center

Tai Chi combines soft flowing movements with proper breathing techniques. Continued practice can relieve stress, a 1-hour class, $6 drop-in fee per class, and is FREE for adults 55+. Adults

Tuesdays - Beginner Tai Chi - 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Wednesdays - Intermediate Tai Chi - 10 - 11 a.m.
