About the event

Flat Tops Overlanding

Put the rooftop tent on the Toyota, because Eagle County 4x4 is going overlanding! We'll meet 9am Saturday 8/9 at the City Market in New Castle. Be prepared for dispersed camping. It's unclear which lake we will camp at. We have ideas, that may depend on getting someone(s) to run up ahead of the group to claim space the day or two before. Please speak up in the chat if you're interested in being that forerunner. The terrain is rocky / moderately technical (not just a dirt road), and a good learning opportunity. We can get stock 4x4 vehicles through it, but please leave the crossovers at home.
