APB Yoga & Sound Bath Class

Join APB member Kasey and Rhiannon for a Yin Yoga + Sound Bath experience! Let deep stretches and soothing sounds melt away stress, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

Kasey will guide you through deep breathing and yin yoga poses, and Rhiannon will accompany these postures with a relaxing sound bath.

🟣 Space is limited to 20 people
🟣 Be sure to bring your yoga mat (or something comfy to lay on)
