Mark your calendars—our annual Beginning of the Year Get-Together is coming up Saturday, August 9th at Webster Conference Center, and YES—the pool is open for us again this year!
The SVHE Cross Country team will be wrapping up their weekend camp right before our event, so if you’re picking up a runner, stick around and join the fun! It’s a great time to connect, relax, and kick off the new school year together.

🍽 What to Bring:
A main dish and a side or dessert to share
Families of 5 or more, please bring two side dishes or desserts
SVHE provide drinks and tableware
🎯 Schedule of Fun:
4:00 – 8:00 PM – Access to:
Pool (parent supervision required—no lifeguard)
Rec Hut (games + air conditioning!)
Pavilion, Basketball, Volleyball, Tetherball, Gaga Ball
Disc Golf, Horseshoes, and Nature Trails
5:30 PM – Dinner time!
6:30-ish PM – Short business meeting
All Evening – Activity sign-ups & membership forms will be available.
