The 2025 LRAN conference is co-hosted by the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University and will be held at the main campus in New Brunswick, NJ. The theme of this year’s conference is “Rebellious Hope: Worker Power, Political Education, & Global Solidarity," and plenary sessions will focus on organizing outside of the confines of the NLRA. Former NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo will be a featured speaker. Workshops and trainings will be held on a range of issues, including training rank and file members on research, protecting workers, organizing strategies, and the future of labor centers.
