Children’s Yoga (Ages 4–12) - Wednesdays at 10 AM
Let your kids stretch, move, and breathe with a playful, age-appropriate flow. While they’re enjoying class, parents can grab a coffee inside and take a moment to themselves
All Ages Yoga - Saturdays at 10 AM
Bring the whole family or come solo to reconnect with your body and breath in a supportive outdoor setting.
Bring a mat or towel, water, and your good vibes!

🌿 Meet Your Instructor: Jess
Hi! I’m Jess — a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Trauma-Informed Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) through Yoga Alliance. I've been teaching yoga for over 13 years, and it’s been my joy and passion to guide students of all ages in cultivating mindfulness, connection, and gentle movement.
My teaching blends heart-centered yoga with tools for nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and presence. I hold a Master’s degree in Communication Studies, and much of my work is rooted in supporting family connection, emotional resilience, and mindful communication.
You’ll often see my son, Jasper, joining us as a helper or participant during classes — he brings laughter, curiosity, and kid-approved modifications to the mat!
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with your breath, and feel supported — just as you are.
