Child and Family Expo - Loving Local Businesses and Resources

My name is Theresa Elliott, owner of Roots and Wings School. I am a small business owner in central southern New Hampshire. I opened Roots and Wings School in 2021 and have a love for this local community. I am hosting an open house for the families in our area in June. I want it to be more than just a local school expo. I want to share all the services and resources that might support families in our area! Join us on Sunday, June 1 from 2-5pm. We're located at 20 River Rd, New Boston, NH 03070. Roots and Wings will have a few games and activities for children so that parents can have time to listen to vendors, make connections, and see what local options are in our area. We'll have options from child care to local trades, authors to bookkeepers. We want to share our love for this local community and all that it offers.

As I have recently attended a few expos and open houses in the area, it became clear to me that there are so many local small businesses that would be great resources for families. There were many services around here that I didn't even know about and I have been a lifelong resident of the Goffstown area. I am hoping to create a day for families and community members to come together and check out what we all have to offer in order to share what services are in our local area. There is so much out there but sometimes it's hard to make direct connections with prospective clients when your a small business in a rural area. Let's all help each other out and bring together local services to our community.
