Our next Public POUND class is set for 11/05/25 @ 5:30 pm Rock Steady Boxing New Bern!
Have you ever wanted to have fun exercising/ rocking out with your friends but you dont all belong to the same gym? Have you ever wanted to teach your children how fun and healthy exercising can be, by doing it side by side? This is the ONLY class in New Bern where YOU can workout alongside your kiddos!
Please use the link below to secure your spot! $10 for adults, $5 for kids age 5 and up! ( if cash is the only option please DM me for accommodations) If packed classes continue, more classes will be added, so invite all your friends!
