The SAR New Bern Chapter, DAR Richard Dobbs Spaight Chapter, NC History Center and Tryon Palace Historic Site, St. John’s Masons Lodge #3, the National Sojourners, Scottish Rite and the York Rite will host a ceremony in remembrance of the 71 Delegates and Resolves of America’s First Provincial Congress held in New Bern during 25 - 27 August 1774.
