2025 Halloween Preschool Parade

Meet at the corner of Broad & Middle Streets at 9:15am for parade line up.

Bring your preschoolers for a special Halloween treat in Historic Downtown New Bern! We will parade down Middle Street and S. Front Street in our Halloween costumes, and end at Union Point Park for games and refreshments!
