Stop by during the daytime to look through our solar telescopes, including our Hydrogen Alpha stacked telescope, and tour the Milwaukee Astronomical Society observatory grounds in New Berlin while it's light out! We'll have a talk, rain or shine as well, at 1:15pm by Todd Weiler, from the Wehr Astronomical Society.
Demonstrations and observing via our solar telescopes on site at the observatory to follow, if weather permits!
Members will be around to offer a tour, bring some of their own solar telescopes and answer any of your questions on what it's like to be a member of the Milwaukee Astronomical Society.
This will be a great opportunity to learn more about Astronomy opportunities nearby in the Milwaukee area by stopping out, rain or shine.
