Cinema 169: Paris Is Burning
Join Gallery X on Saturday, June 28 for the Cinema 169 series, a free film series inspired by the visual art exhibitions on view at Gallery X. To coincide with 'Being Seen: Celebrating SouthCoast Pride' and 'Answering Our Ancestors' we will be screening the documentary PARIS IS BURNING.

This screening is free and open to the public, refreshments will be available to purchase inside Gallery X.

Film Synopsis:
A chronicle of New York's drag scene in the 1980s, focusing on balls, voguing and the ambitions and dreams of those who gave the era its warmth and vitality.
