A chance to gather together & settle into our bodies & the space. Marie may offer a variety of ways to connect within , to the wisdom of your body & heart perhaps through sound, gentle movements or meditation. All will be intuitively guided in the present moment to help you regulate your nervous system & feel more at ease.
ABOUT OUR ROSE ELIXIR:
I have often dreamed of offering a natural heart opening medicine (as an alternative to Cacao) that is meaningful to my heart & native to where we live.
Our Rose Elixir is made from a very special orange bloom Rose that grows in my garden & was planted in honour of someone we love & miss very much. This Rose has & continues to symbolise ETERNAL LOVE.
The petals were collected when in full beautiful bloom, preserved in local honey/vodka & stirred with my heartfelt intention & love every day for 8 weeks.
I have been working with this Rose Elixir personally for a few months, taking some every day. It carries the frequency of love, tenderness & compassion. A gentle yet powerful balm for the nervous system, psyche & emotions.
This is my hearts’ offering to you should you feel called to work with frequencies of Rose. To help support you on your journey through life. May it bring you peace, clarity & unconditional LOVE ❤ for yourself, always.
THE DANCE JOURNEY:
A barefoot freeform, intuitive movement practice combined to uplifting & liberating soundwave to help you loosen up & let go on the dancefloor. Reconnecting you with YOUR DANCE. Your birthright. Conscious Dance is based on the wisdom that our bodies know how they need and want to move in order to heal, strengthen, release stress and be nourished. We dance to EXPRESS, not impress. Connecting to the music & your body, dancing with whatever is present for you in any way that feels right for you. Step in perhaps feeling self conscious, anxious, or awkward (this is very normal!) and step out feeling elated, lighter & brighter! Move shyly, mildly or wildly! Anything goes...
THE MUSIC:
Marie creates an bespoke, intuitive wave of music that is soothing, soulful, earthy, tribal, heart opening, euphoric & fun. Inspired by all genres of world beats, drums, rhythms and melodies. This practice is about dropping out of the busy mind and into the body/heart, allowing your movement to be inspired by the music. Each soundwave follows an energy template/ blueprint made up of 9 key elements that support you through a complete wheel of embodiment & freedom:
Breathe. Connect. Release. Open. Elevate. Celebrate. Integrate. Earth. Rest
All you have to do is turn up, tune in & be moved.
We will end our dance journey relaxing with some grounding, gentle sounds & silence taking time to integrate our experience.
CLOSING CIRCLE/ COMMUNITY SOCIAL
We finish with a closing circle and there will be community time at the end to connect & make new dancing friends with a fruit social & chocolate!

This is an inclusive life practice for ALL ages, sizes, genders, fitness levels & health conditions. Absolutely no experience is required and you don't have to be a 'dancer' Is it time to commit to your wellbeing, to feel better about yourself & your body, to break free from self sabotage, stress & your overthinking mind?
