A Meditation Workshop: Creating a Sacred Space

You're invited to join Robin as she delves into the importance of establishing a meditation space. In the midst of our busy lives, it's vital to care out time for silence, prayer, or meditation. Robin will also touch on Reiki and the significance of achieving balance among the mind, body, and spirit.

Creating a dedicated sacred space can enrich your meditation practice, and Robin will show you through the process of creating one that aligns with you!

During the workshop, she will lead a group meditation and offer a card reflection for each participant. Please arrive in comfy clothes, bring a blanket or mat to sit on, bring a bottle of water, and a journal if you wish!
