wordchefsteph's KISS: Freedom of Poetry Panel

Featuring Leah V, Karina Ordonez, and King Quinc, your host wordchefsteph will dive deep into the connection between freedom of speech and poetry with these decorated teaching artists 💋!

Expect vulnerable responses, actionable advice, and tons of inspiration for publishing or performing your work. With a curated hour of discussion and a generous Q&A portion, you'll get the chance to take notes and ask your burning questions to folx who have been there, done that—successfully!

We'll be convening at 6:30pm for a COCKTAIL HOUR (at The Alphabet Bar attached to the Moxy East Village), then transitioning to the PANEL at 7:30pm. Signature drinks include The Cotton Candy—a sweet drink that lives up to its name, The Beast—a tropical rendition of a Long Island Iced Tea, and 24K—a tequila-infused espresso martini SUNDAE!

Food will also be available for purchase, ranging between $4 to $38. From handcut truffle fries to juicy lobster rolls, the Alphabet Bar has all the write choices for your taste buds.
