Attending Event

• Wear comfortable clothing, dress warmly
• Refrain from eating 1.5 to 2 hours before practice. If you need something to stabilize blood sugar eat a small snack but the experience is better on an empty stomach.
• Please do not consume alcohol or drugs prior to the event.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early, to set up their space and settle in. The more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience

What's Needed. This is a laying down experience. Make sure to bring whatever you need to create your most comfortable space. (yoga mat will be provided)
