Since 1999, the United States has recognized the second week of May as Taiwanese American Heritage Week, celebrating the contributions and achievements of Taiwanese Americans. As part of this national recognition, Passport to Taiwan has been a platform to not only showcase the vibrant culture of Taiwan but also honor the Taiwanese American experience—a story of perseverance, innovation, and success in the U.S.
On Sunday, May 25, 2025, we invite you to join us at Union Square for the Passport to Taiwan Festival, where we celebrate both our heritage and the incredible impact of Taiwanese Americans in communities across the country.
