Hit Me Up: Tie Me Down Advanced - Very Hot Partials

In this class we'll indulge in some thigh spreading, booty lifting, cr0tch roping, and perhaps drool inducing shapes, all in close proximity to the floor, as well as ideas, concepts and conversations for spicing up your play.

This workshop will bounce between structural and technically grounded exercises and others more based in exploration and improvisation. Our goal is to find rope that truly makes us *tick* in a delightfully sensual, sadistic, and playful way.

This is an advanced, suspension level class, and should not be either the rigger or model’s first time working in suspension. Please review prerequisites! Any attendee who does not meet prerequisites will be asked to observe the class.

Who should attend/what skill pre-requistes are there?

This is a suspension level class, please review the following prerequisites thoroughly:

Rigger prerequisites: some experience building suspendible harnesses, ability to build and manage multiple uplines in static suspension, confident in rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope

Bottom prerequisites: confident in-rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope, confident ability to monitor and communicate signs of nerve compression

Can I attend solo, or do I need to come with a partner?

Please come with your tying partner! All tickets will be sold as pairs.

What should I bring?

Bring a suspension worthy rope kit and your favorite suspension equipment (ring, carabiners, rigging plate, etc).

What should I wear?

Anything that you feel comfy, sexy, and mobile in.

About the instructor

In March of 2018 Sydona found her way into the NYC kink scene and never looked back. Since then, she's immersed herself into honing her rope practice, perhaps obsessively. She currently works full time as a nightlife performer, bondage artist, photographer, creator, and facilitator. In these past several years she's traveled both within the U.S. and internationally for rope opportunities, as a performer, as a student, and more recently as an educator. Previous to 2020, Syd trained and worked as a professional modern and contemporary dancer, a background she takes great pride in. With over thirteen years of experience as a movement artist, next to seven years of dedicated Shibari education, Sydona brings a unique, fluid, and delightfully sadistic perspective to this form.
