Human & Beautiful: A Monthly Women's Group

Support, heal, laugh, hold space for one another, drink tea & embrace joy... That's what we do! Join our tribe at Be Well NSB for a gathering of like-minded women looking to connect, empower and inspire each other. This monthly meet-up is a safe and sacred space for women to share experiences, learn from one another and build meaningful relationships. Come and be a part of a community that celebrates the beauty and strength of being human. Let's support each other on our journeys to self-love and personal growth.

Lovingly facilitated by Christine Monseliu, Shamanic Practitioner & Life Coach of COR Coaching & Consulting and Dr. Wendy Edwards of Be Well NSB. Our beautiful circle of women meet every third Tuesday of each month from 6pm-7:30pm. $10 Suggested Love Donation per person. Please bring a pillow if you wish to sit on the floor (otherwise a chair will be provided), a blanket or a jacket, water bottle, journal & pen, tea & mug, a friend or two and anything else that will make you feel comfortable.
