Join us for a fun, hands-on afternoon diving into the wonderful world of fermentation! This engaging workshop is perfect for beginners and food lovers who want to learn how to create their own probiotic-rich, gut-friendly sauerkraut.

You’ll learn:
– The basics of fermentation and why it’s beneficial for your health
– How to safely ferment vegetables at home
– Tips for flavouring, storing, and enjoying your homemade ferments

After a short introduction and demo, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get fermenting together! You’ll take home your own jar of sauerkraut and the confidence to keep experimenting in your kitchen.
