About Jesse:
My name is Jesse Chubb. I've been an avid forager of wild plants and mushrooms for over 20 years. My career as a private Investigator often takes me all over Louisiana and Mississippi. Often I stop to marvel at the things nature offers to any who ask the right questions. I love eating, cooking, making jelly, and wine out of items I forage. Having knowledge of food and medicine in nature has allowed me to see the world's a little deeper. I'm eager to share any knowledge I've accumulated.
